


Hi, I’m Tasha.
I’m based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
I specialize in strength based flexibility and movement that is influenced and inspired by various disciplines of physical culture in addition to the “normal" gym stuff. This blend exists because solutions have existed before modern gym fitness and still have applications to better our daily modern lives depending on how we live and see life.
My work is based on years of my own self taught practice/experimentation, science based principles, and findings based on clients of all ages, body types, and movement preferences.
