Course Curriculum

Each week builds on the last—but you set the pace. Dive deeper where it matters, move ahead when you’re ready. The structure supports you, not the other way around.

Week 1 🌍
Foundation & Rooted

Lay the foundation.

This week is all about grounding. We focus on control, stability, and safety—laying the foundation through mobility prep and intentional movement, so nothing feels forced or flung.

WEEK 2 💨
The windmill

Unlock the flow.

You’ll build one sequence from the ground up—step by step, swing by swing. It’s not about doing more, but feeling deeper into each layer.

Week 3 🌊
The 360

Expand your orbit.

Here we introduce full-body spirals. This week adds rotational flow, power, and control—all while staying grounded.

One move. Infinite refinement.

Week 4 🔥
The Downward Flower

Balance strength with finesse.

We strip it down to one arm. More challenge, more awareness. This week teaches control, rotation, and trust in your structure.

4 Bonus LESSONS:

If you’re hungry for more—Think of these as side-quest treasures… techniques to build on everything you’ve already learned, with just the right amount of challenge to keep things interesting.

Instructions in the course were clear. Tasha's feedback was really helpful-she notices small details in technique and offers tips on how to improve. I think the course had a balanced amount of content in terms of the number of exercises."

Frequently asked questions

  • Not exactly. The course is self-paced—you can go through the lessons on your own time—but I’ll be offering 4 weeks of support during the official cohort window. That means you’ll get direct access to me (with a 24-hour response time) and the chance to connect with others going through it at the same time. Think of it as a supported self-study experience.

  • No problem. You don’t need a full gym setup. I’ve created DIY options—including how to make a lightweight 20 lb staff—that you can make at home and use to train safely and effectively. These are perfect for beginners or anyone without access to a barbell.
